People are often times over-eating, not eating enough or just eating junk and this is not the right way to go about a transformation because it is extremely important to compliment your workouts with a steady and healthy diet. An easy way to watch your eating is by counting calories. This can be done through an app on your phone which makes it easy for you not to cheat because it will track what you eat in a meal or snack. You can always treat yourself every few days to a cheat meal, which will be a way of rewarding yourself for doing so well.

Another key to healthy diet is to drink lots and lots of water and try to only drink water as your choice of beverage. If it is hard for you to drink just plain water, try adding something tasty to it like a lemon, cucumber or fruit.

MOTIVATION
An easy way to help you stay on track is if you have an event coming up or something you want to look good for, keep reminding yourself of it. This will help keep you motivated and prevent you from throwing the towel.
