Dr. Scholls Moleskin Plus Padding
When your shoes are rubbing your heels, stick some moleskin inside of your shoes and you will prevent your heels from getting those painful blisters. You can do this with any part of your foot that is rubbing anywhere in your shoes.

Coconut Oil
If you feel a blister forming, put some coconut oil on it and cover it with a bandaid. It will heal much faster.

Antiperspirant Deodorant
Just like how deodorant stops your armpits form sweating it could do that same to your feet, preventing them from growing those blisters. Rub the stick of deodorant all over your feet and then they won’t sweat steering you clear of blisters.

Baby Powder
Place some baby powder all on the inside of your shoes. This will prevent your feet from rubbing against the material in your shoes.

Vaseline
If you have a pair of shoes that you know always blister your feet but you can’t bring yourself to get rid of them and still want to wear them, rub vaseline on your feet before you wear them. Vaseline stops the formation of blisters before they even start.

Waterproof Bandages
Since your feet sweat no matter what in a pair of shoes, invest in package of water proof band aids. Stick these on before wearing your shoes and you will be good all day.
