Doctor Suggested Lifestyle Changes For Pregnant Women:

Eat healthy during pregnancy. You do not need to go on a special diet, but it’s important to eat a variety of different foods every day to get all the nutrients that you and the baby need.

There is no need to eat for two pearls in pregnancy.

Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, as they provide vitamins, minerals, and fiber, which helps with indigestion and can help prevent constipation issues.

Eat protein-rich foods every day.

Avoid canned and sugary drinks.

Alcohol should be strictly avoided during pregnancy.

Exercise in pregnancy: exercise is not dangerous in pregnancy. Exercises include walking,swimming, cycling, jogging, and muscle-strengthening exercises, including pelvic floor exercises.

Yoga, stretching, and other floor exercises are also safe during pregnancy.

Get regular check ups.Even though you feel healthy and fine, it’s important you see your doctor as advised. These help you spot the problems and prevent them.

Get regular tests and ultrasounds, as advised by your gynecologist.

Avoid stress and get at least 6–8 hours of sleep every day.
