1. Use Fevicol To Prevent Smudging
Remember as kids we would apply Fevicol and pretend to peel off old skin? Well, if you’re prone to smudging or applying outside of the nail, you can apply some Fevicol around the nail bed and then apply your nail paint. When dry, simply peel the Fevicol away.
2. You Can Use Vaseline Too
Apply a thick layer of Vaseline around the nail (ensure you apply it carefully around the nail as it will interfere with the application if on the nail bed), so that you can wipe away any mistakes.
3. In a hurry? Here are two sure-shot ways to dry your nails quickly
a) Dip them in cold water. Just dip your nails in some cold water and they should dry pretty quickly.
b)Use a hairdryer on your nails. Use a short blast of hot air on your nails and it will dry in a matter of minutes.
4. How to remove dark or red nail polish stains
If you have worn red and it has left stains, wash your hair. The shampoo and conditioner application has enough detergent to remove that red tint that’s left on your nails. If you have stained nails thanks to black nail polish, use whitening toothpaste or soak your nails in a mixture of baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, and hot water.
